HZS25 Concrete Batching Plant Installed in Philippines

AGICO supplied and installed an HZS25 stationary concrete batching plant with a 50-ton sectional cement silo for a customer in the Philippines. The plant sits under a steel shed at the customer’s site. It now supplies concrete for local construction work.

Project Overview

In 2026, AGICO delivered and installed an HZS25 stationary concrete batching plant in the Philippines. The plant works together with a 50-ton sectional cement silo. The silo was shipped in panels and assembled on site, piece by piece. After installation, the plant started to feed aggregates, weigh cement, and mix concrete. It now runs every day and supplies concrete for the customer’s own construction project.

Installation Process

The equipment arrived at the site in containers and was set up step by step:

  • The site team prepared the concrete foundation for the plant and the silo.
  • A crane lifted the white steel frame and the mixer platform into place.
  • The 50-ton sectional silo was assembled on site. The workers set up the legs first, then bolted the silo panels one by one.
  • The yellow screw conveyor was connected between the silo and the mixer.
  • The aggregate batching machine, the belt conveyor, and the water tank were placed and fixed.
  • The control room was put next to the plant, and all cables were wired.
  • Finally, the team ran the plant and tested feeding, weighing, mixing, and discharging.

Customer Background

The customer is a local construction contractor in the Philippines. They are working on a project near their site and need a steady supply of concrete. The Philippines has a tropical climate. It is hot and humid all year, and the rainy season brings heavy rain. A concrete batching plant at such a site must work well in wet and hot weather. The customer wanted a small but reliable plant. They wanted to control their own concrete supply instead of buying concrete from others. That way, they can keep the project on schedule and control the concrete quality and cost by themselves. They chose AGICO because they needed a compact plant with a sectional cement silo. This kind of silo is easy to ship and easy to set up on site.

Customer Requirements

During the selection stage, the customer set clear goals:

  1. The plant must match their daily concrete demand. A small and compact stationary concrete batch plant fits their site best.
  2. The cement silo must be sectional. It should fit into shipping containers and be assembled on site.
  3. The plant must work well in hot, humid, and rainy weather.
  4. Local workers must be able to run the plant after short training.
  5. The plant should keep the site clean and control dust.
  6. Spare parts and after-sales service must be easy to get.

AGICO Customized Solution

AGICO designed a compact concrete plant for this site. Here is how we met each need:

  1. HZS25 concrete batching plant with a twin-shaft mixer: The plant has a small footprint and consistent output. The twin shaft mixer mixes concrete fast and evenly, batch after batch.
  2. 50-ton sectional cement silo: The silo is made of bolted steel panels. It is packed into containers for shipping, then assembled on site panel by panel. This saves freight costs and makes lifting easy. The silo comes with support legs, a ladder, and safety valves.
  3. Screw conveyor: Cement moves from the silo to the mixer in a closed pipe. There is no dust and no waste.
  4. Aggregate batching machine: Sand and stone are stored in separate bins, weighed accurately, and fed to the mixer in a steady flow.
  5. Automatic control system: The plant works from a control room. One worker can run batching, mixing, and discharging. This reduces mistakes and saves labor.
  6. Dust collector: The dust collector on the silo keeps the air clean and the site tidy.
  7. Weather protection plan: AGICO advised the customer to build a steel shed over the plant. The shed keeps rain and strong sun away from the motors, the control room, and the electric parts.
  8. Spare parts and training: AGICO shipped a spare parts package and trained the local workers step by step.

Customer Feedback

“The plant is small but strong. It fits our site well, and the sectional cement silo was easy to assemble. AGICO’s team gave us clear guidance from the first drawing to the final test. Our workers can run the plant by themselves now.”
