HZS35 Concrete Batching Plant Installed in Russia
AGICO supplied an HZS35 stationary concrete batching plant in Russia in 2020. The plant stands at a mountain site and runs at 35 m³/h. It has its own cement silos and a long belt conveyor, so the customer can make concrete right on site.
Project Overview
This project started in 2020. The customer works on a mountain project in Russia. The site is far from the city, so ready-mix trucks are not easy to use. The customer needed their own plant to make concrete on site.
- Plant Model: HZS35
- Capacity: 35 m³/h
- Mixer Type: Twin shaft mixer
- Application: On-site concrete production in Russia (mountain area)
- Delivery Time: 35 days
- Installation Time: 22 days
Installation Process
The plant arrived in modules and was assembled on site:
- The site team prepared concrete foundations on the gravel ground.
- The steel frame and the mixer tower were lifted into place.
- The two cement silos were put up and fixed with the screw conveyors.
- The team then ran the plant and tested feeding, weighing, mixing, and discharge.

Customer Background
The customer runs a construction project in a mountain area of Russia. The work needs a steady supply of concrete every day. The site is dry and dusty. The ground is rocky gravel. Winter is cold, so the plant must be strong and easy to protect. Long transport from a city plant would cost too much time and money. The customer looked for a small stationary plant with its own cement silos. They chose AGICO because our plant is compact, the steel structure is strong, and our engineers help with design, installation, and training.
Customer Requirements
During the selection stage, the customer listed their key needs:
- The plant must produce about 35 m³/h, enough for daily on-site work.
- The mixer must be a twin shaft concrete mixer for a fast and even mix.
- Cement must be stored in silos and moved in closed pipes. No dust on site.
- The plant must operate in a dry, dusty, cold environment.
- The plant must be easy to move and set up again when the project moves.
- Local workers must learn to run the plant quickly.
- Spare parts and service must be easy to arrange.
AGICO Customized Solution
AGICO designed and built a complete HZS35 plant for this project. Here is how we met each need:
- HZS35 concrete batching plant with a twin shaft mixer: The plant reaches 35 m³/h. The twin shaft mixer mixes each batch quickly and evenly, so the concrete quality stays stable.
- Two cement silos: Cement is stored in silos and moved to the mixer in closed pipes. This keeps the site clean and the cement dry.
- Aggregate batching machine: Four bins weigh sand and stone in turn. The long inclined belt then lifts the material to the mixer tower. The belt runs smoothly and needs little care.
- Automatic control system: The operator works in a control cabin with a screen. Recipes are stored in the system. Batching, mixing, and discharge are run with one click.
- Dust collector: The dust collector on the silo keeps dust away from the air and the machines.
- Strong steel structure: The plant stands on a blue steel frame with concrete foundations. Ladders, walkways, and guardrails make daily checks safe.
- Commissioning, training, and spare parts: AGICO engineers worked with the local team during assembly and testing. We also provided a spare parts package and operator training.
Project Results
- Daily Output: The plant reaches 35 m³/h and keeps a steady supply for daily work.
- Labor Cost: One operator can run the plant from the control cabin.
- Mixing Efficiency: The twin shaft mixer mixes each batch fast and evenly.
- Product Quality: The mix stays the same from batch to batch, so the concrete quality is stable.
- ROI Period: 6 Months
Customer Feedback
“The plant is small but strong. It makes concrete right on our site, so we do not wait for trucks. The twin shaft mixer gives us an even mix in every batch, and the plant is easy to run and easy to check. AGICO’s engineers helped us from the first drawing to the last test.”
