Stirring blade

Rotational speed

Rotation mode
Using planetary rotation, and blade driven extrusion, flipping compound movement, stirring blade adopts a quadrilateral structure, and can be rotated 180°, in the rotation process, the material in the tank is stable and continuously rotation, a cycle after the blade track covers the bottom of the tank. The mixer rotates around a central vertical axis, providing strong countercurrent mixing and transferring all mixing energy directly into the concrete. Discharge door

Humidity sensor
The moisture content of each batch of concrete will vary. Moisture content must be measured to ensure batches meet the required material specifications. The higher the moisture content of concrete, the lower the strength. Adding a microwave moisture sensor to the concrete mixer can detect the moisture content in the concrete mixture. The sensor will calculate the moisture content as the mixture is mixed. You can check the reading to determine if you need to modify the input to get the desired moisture content.

mixing principle of planetary concrete mixers
The planetary concrete mixer consists of a paddle, paddle arm, scraper, and blade arm to provide the best mixing solution, as well as high-speed mixing blades (optional).
