Process Flow of china batching plant



STEP 1 Remove Materials
Cement, fly ash, and additives are unloaded into their respective storage bins by loading trucks. Remove the cement from the cement silo and the materials from the concrete storage silo.

STEP 2 Conveying Materials
Transport materials to the weighing system through a screw conveyor.

STEP 3 Weighing Materials
After the material is transported to the aggregate batcher by the screw conveyor, it is accurately weighed in the weighing system. The combination of a four-bin batching machine (for cement/sand and gravel/aggregate/additives) and a screw conveyor ensures that the weighing error is strictly controlled within ±1%.

STEP 4 Mix Materials
After being weighed, it is sent to the mixer by the conveying system. We have various types of mixers, and in the picture is a twin-shaft mixer. The patented S-shaped stirring blade shortens the stirring time by 15% compared to traditional equipment, ensuring that the concrete meets the homogeneity standards.

STEP 5 Control Systems
After mixing, open the discharge door and unload the concrete into the tanker truck. A fully automated control system controls the entire process of concrete storage, transportation, weighing, and mixing. Pre-set 50+ recipe storage functions, fault self-diagnosis system (covering 200+ monitoring points), and optional multi-language operation interface.

STEP 6 Environmental protection treatment module
Standard equipped with a pulse dust collector (dust removal efficiency ≥ 99%) + wastewater recovery system, in compliance with the EU CE noise standard (≤ 75 dB).
