- Stirring scraper: The mixing scraper is made of high wear-resistant steel, designed in a quadrilateral or triangular shape, which can be customized according to your needs, and the angle of the bottom of the mixing tray and the direction of the material flow are optimized for low wear, low resistance, and high efficiency. Equipped with a bottom scraper and wall scraper to ensure even mixing.
- Mixing arm: The concrete pan mixer mixing arm adopts a layered arrangement and can be fully covered, 360° without dead angle, evenly mixing, to ensure thorough mixing.
- Mixer body: The base of AG100 and AG250 adopts an adjustable wheel design, and the base of AG500 and above is designed with a forklift hole, which is convenient for on-site transportation. To facilitate the transportation and fixation of our pan mixer batching plant, the holes and welded holes in the sturdy substructure can be transported using forklifts, lifting trucks, or cranes.
