Workflow of CP30 batching plant
The CP30 batching plant is very easy to operate and can be mastered quickly. After our equipment is delivered to the customer’s project site, we will arrange for engineers to conduct training. Here is the specific operation process of the CP30 batching plant.
1. Transporting aggregates
The CP30 batching plant is equipped with 2 to 4 aggregate bins. The bins store sand, stone, and other aggregates. The aggregates will be automatically proportioned according to the formula. After opening the gate, the aggregates enter the weighing hopper for weighing. Then, the aggregates are transported through the hopper to the mixer.
2. Transporting cement and water
Next, the cement and other concrete raw materials are transported from the cement silo and through conveying equipment such as screw conveyors to the mixer. Water and additives are transported separately by water pumps and metering pumps.
3. Mixing in the mixer
After all the materials enter the concrete mixer, the mixing begins. The CP30 batching plant can use twin shaft mixers, pan mixers, or planetary mixers. The mixing time is between 30 and 45 seconds.
4. Discharging
After the mixing is completed, the concrete enters the discharge hopper and is loaded into the concrete mixing transport vehicle, which is then transported to the construction site.
All of the above processes are completed under the control of an automated system.
