Workflow of CP60 batching plant

1. Turn on the control system

Turn on the control system and adjust the production parameters of the concrete, such as the ratio, grade, slump, and production volume. Then plant can start working with just one click.

2. Transport materials

The control system's PLC controls the screw conveyor to transport cement, and the aggregate bins to weigh the aggregates, and then the weighed aggregates are transported to the mixer through the belt conveyor.

3. Mix materials

Various motors, valves, and sensors will work automatically according to digital signals. After the mixer finishes working, the high-pressure air system will provide sufficient power to the discharge door of the mixer to ensure the smooth outflow of the concrete.

4. Continuous operation

The control system will operate the concrete mixing station to continuously produce until the set production volume is completed, unless it is manually stopped or switched to manual mode. It can complete the continuous production of concrete.
