Working Principle of Dry Mortar Plant
The entire production process of dry-mixed mortar mainly involves five systems: raw material pre-treatment system, metering and control system, mixing system, packaging system, and dust collection system.
The materials are lifted by the outdoor bucket elevator to the raw material storage (pre-mixed material storage), and then sent to the weighing system. The weighed materials are conveyed by the screw conveyor into the indoor bucket elevator, and then through the screw conveyor into the dry powder mortar mixer, where the materials fall into the mixer for mixing.
During the stirring process, under the movement of the spiral bands on the stirring shaft, the inner and outer spiral bands cause the material to be stirred within a wide range. The inner spiral band causes the material to be stirred to the sides, while the outer spiral band causes the material to be stirred from the sides towards the center, thus enabling the material to be mixed back and forth. Another part of the material is driven by the spiral bands to move axially and radially, forming a convective circulation. This mixing enables the material to be rapidly and evenly mixed within a short period of time.
The finished products mixed in the dry powder mixer are discharged quickly through the pneumatic quick-opening door and enter the finished product storage area for buffer storage. A flexible connection is used between the finished product storage area and the packaging machine, and the packaging machine completes the measurement and packaging. For users with larger production volumes, a belt conveyor can be added to directly transport the packaged finished products to the finished product area or to a truck.
