Workflow of 3-5 tph simple dry mortar production line
The workflow of the 3-5 tph simple dry mortar production line is very simple. It is divided into six major steps, from raw material input, automatic batching to mixing and quantitative packaging. Each step is connected in sequence, making it suitable for small-scale dry mortar production requiring multiple raw material formulations. Here is a detailed introduction:
1. Raw material storage or unpacking
We can equip storage silos and unpacking machines. Cement and dry sand can be stored in the storage silos, and bagged powder materials can be fed from the unpacking machine. All these materials need to be kept dry.
2. Spiral conveying
The spiral conveyor transports the powder from the storage bin or feeding port to the weighing position. Compared with manual handling and dumping, closed conveying helps reduce dust and allows each raw material to enter the batching process in the set order.
3. Automatic weighing and batching
The control system, based on the preset formula, controls the feeding volume of each raw material separately and measures it by the weighing device. When using multiple powder materials or additives, corresponding feeding and measurement units can be configured according to the formula.
4. Efficient mixing
The weighed raw materials enter the dry powder mixer, where they are mixed for a set time to form uniform mortar products. According to the product formula, the mixing main unit can be a single-axis plow-type or double-axis non-gravity-type mixer; it is not the same type of equipment as the concrete mixer used in concrete mixing stations.
5. Finished product storage
The mixed mortar is discharged into the finished product bin as a buffer between mixing and packaging. This allows the packaging machine to take materials while the mixing machine can prepare the next batch of materials, helping to maintain the production rhythm.
6. Automatic weighing and packaging
The finished product enters the packaging machine and is filled into packaging bags according to the set weight. The bagging, sealing, and stacking can also be set to be automated according to customer needs, enabling fully automatic packaging.
